Pick-Up Schedule

Pick-Up Days:

• Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays

• From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• No pickups on major holidays

📦 Buyers are responsible for removing all items. Forklifts will be available.
🚫 Surplus 4 All DOES NOT provide shipping.

Bidder Requirements

• All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

• The credit card used must match the registered bidder’s name. Payments made with mismatched cards may be voided.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds or adjustments.

• Items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties expressed or implied.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of pickup. No exceptions after that period.

Payment Terms

• All items must be paid in full before removal.

• Credit Cards only.

• A 15% Buyer’s Premium and 10.5% Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases.

• Sales tax exemption requires a valid seller’s permit submitted before bidding.

Item Removal & Storage Policy

• All purchases must be picked up during the next available pick-up day after payment.

• Unpaid or unclaimed items will be forfeited with no refund.

• Storage fee: $20 per day, per item, unless prior arrangements are made. Items left over 7 days may be considered abandoned.

Premises Rules

• A $20 disposal fee will be charged for any trash, pallets, boxes, or unwanted merchandise left behind.

• 🚫 No public restrooms available.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
